Merrick Watts from Nova FM’s "Merrick, Dools and Ricki-Lee" Swims the Australian Channel
Sydney Breakfast Radio Host Merrick Watts from NOVA FM braved the disgraceful excuse for Sydney’s Summer weather to take on the “Australian Channel” this morning.
Merrick and his ‘human shield’ jumped in at South Bondi with North Bondi Beach fixed as their destination. The challenge was set earlier this week after Merrick received a on-air ribbing from his Personal Trainer, Cam, for paying for PT sessions and not actually using them.
Rival Swimwear’s Ky Hurst and Brendan Capell led the pack out into very choppy, blue bottle infested waters.
